Unfortunately, Second Vice State Regent, Yvonne Connolly, needed to resign her position due to medical reasons. I and the other board members thank Yvonne for her service on the board these past three years and we are grateful for her insight, positivity and collaboration. She will remain a District Deputy. An appointment of a new Second Vice State Regent will be made shortly.
